Your personality explains WHO you are.
Your values tell you WHY you connect with what you do.
Though, it's your performance mindsets that express HOW you complement others' strengths and engage most effectively in your work.
Don't let fixed labels limit you. Team dynamics often stay stuck because personal insights aren't directly actionable in your daily performance decisions - or beyond the biases in your teams.
Everyone wants to work well. Not just to survive the week. But to really work well - when you reach your highest level of productivity, your working relationships are thriving, and you feel good about the impact you're making.

Over the last few decades, I’ve been fascinated by the intersection where business meets behavior.
I started my career as a banker — where everything was about performance, results, and bottom lines. But it didn’t take long to notice the missing piece: the human element. So I made a post-graduate shift, diving into the science of corporate behavioral psychology and earning my Masters degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
That journey led me to create Inclusive Diversity™, a research-validated methodology built upon the idea that we don’t need to manage personalities — we need to activate diverse mindsets effectively in daily performance.
My work to enable the 6 Pillars of Organizational Justice™ helps individuals and teams connect their authentic strengths successfully to the real work that needs to be done, including through change and under rising pressure.
I've had the honor of helping global leaders, entrepreneurs, equity funders on 3 continents, UN partners for women and girls, non-profits, and it's been a privilege to guide thousands of people to align their wellbeing with their work... Those who came to hear me speak or who signed up for coaching and my masterclasses. I am SO lucky to have learned from all of you!
